2. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

• An order is confirmed only once full payment is received.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Payments are processed through RBI-compliant secure payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking information.

5. Warranty

• Home Espresso Machines are covered by a limited warranty of [1 year] from the date of purchase.

• The warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use.

• For the Gen 1 espresso machine, free bi-yearly cleaning and servicing is included.

• The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, abuse, or commercial use

  • Lack of regular maintenance or descaling

  • Use of incompatible accessories

  • Repairs or modifications by unauthorized parties

• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Product.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.

7. User Obligations

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information while placing an order.

• You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with security features, or attempt unauthorized access.

8. Use of Product

• Products are designed for domestic use only. Commercial or unauthorized use voids the warranty and may pose safety risks.
